Adam is currently in his junior year at Tufts University. During his internship, Adam worked under his mentor Chang-Sik Oh on a project focused on protein-protein interaction strengths in a pathogen-host system using a new technique – the split-luciferase assay. While in the lab, Adam used several techniques including expression/silencing methods using Agrobacterium, DNA sequencing, western blots, and PCR.
