The cassava-oriented section of the SolGenomics Network, a database and website dedicated to the genomic information of the nightshade family, which includes species such as tomato, potato, pepper, petunia, and eggplant.

Cucurbit Genomics Database
A tool for the cucurbit research community; a genomic and genetic database for different types of melon.

Kiwifruit Genome Database
