DESCRIPTION:November 8th | 4pm | Cornell Biotechnology Building G10\nPlease join the Boyce Thompson Institute (BTI) for a presentation by Professor Martin Chalfie as part of BTI’s Distinguised Lecturer Series\, titled “GFP: Lighting up Life.” \nMartin Chalfie is a University Professor at Columbia University. He shared the 2008 Nobel Prize in Chemistry along with Osamu Shimomura and Roger Y. Tsien “for the discovery and development of the Green fluorescent protein\, GFP”.
