Strategic Retreat

A one-day Strategic Retreat will be conducted on September 14, 2017 for faculty and staff to frame the context and focus of this work and develop the next level of relevant content for the strategic work.

BTI has enlisted the services of Susan Stickley of Stratus, Inc. to facilitate a scenario-based strategic planning process.  Susan will work with BTI in a collaborative fashion to develop a custom approach utilizing the PSRN Scenarios as a platform for strategic dialogue.

A 1-1/2 day Strategic Retreat will be held November 14 – 15, 2017 for the Board of Directors to review the developed strategic agenda for the future of the Institute.
